Outlets at Legends SHOPPER REWARDS PROGRAM: Each time you shop at Outlets at Legends bring your receipts* to Customer Service along with your Rewards Card to have your spending amount applied to your card. You will receive rewards at these spending levels on an annual basis.
$250................................ Outlets at Legends rewards gift
$500................................ $10 Outlets at Legends gift card
$1000.............................. Outlets at Legends rewards gift
$2000............................. $25 Outlets at Legends gift card
Every additional $1,000............ $25 Outlets at Legends gift card
Rules & Regulations: Only purchases made at Outlets at Legends store locations between January 1 – December 31, 2012 qualify towards 2012 Shopper Rewards Card fulfillment. Program participants must be registered by completing an enrollment form at Customer Service. All information will be kept confidential and will not be used for purposes other than those specifically for Outlets at Legends’ Shopper Rewards program. Receipts must be presented at Customer Service along with a Shopper Rewards Card. Rewards gifts are limited to one per level per person for each program level and a maximum of $500 in gift cards annually. In the event of changes to Shopper Rewards Card program, notification will be posted to Outlets at Legends’ website and email notification will be sent provided current subscriber email is on file. However changes to the Shopper Rewards Card program are subject to change without notice. *Excludes restaurants, Discount Tire, Lowe’s, Best Buy and Target.

DINING REWARDS PROGRAM
Join our Frequent Dining program, enjoy great food and earn Outlets at Legends
gift cards. Here’s how it works:
· Dine at any of the Outlets at Legends full service or quick-serve restaurants listed below
· Bring your itemized receipt to Customer Service*
· For each qualifying purchase, your dining card will be stamped for the food and beverage purchase total (excludes gratuity and alcohol)
· When your card is filled, receive a $20 gift card!
